Face care
Before the transplant, I did not use anything for facial care. However, after the transplant, my face “flamed out” from the drugs, lying down for a long time, hormones and confined spaces.
For pimples, blackheads and comedones the following products helped me:
1. Deep cleansing of the face by a beautician but be careful because infection can easily occur due to excessive irritation in the first year
2. Facial peeling at home 3x a week. Some of the scrubs that worked for me: Norave Exfoliac, Balea Apricot Scrub, and Neutrogena Visibly Clear 2 in 1
3. Vitamin C serum, Vichy Mineral 89 and Miracle pure Max Factor, Cosrx advanced snail 96
4. Vichy aqualia thermal, Hada Labo lotion, Q+A Zinc PCA, Panthenol cream, Aphrodite chamomile cream and CeraVe moisturizing cream
5. Goat soap in the morning and evening + cold water
6. Micellar water with vitamin C, Micellar water with rose water, Alverde foam beuty&fruity and Hedera Vita Collagen + Vitamin C
7. La roche-posay anthelios 50+
8. Clindamycin skin solution but not longer than 7 days and zinc paste on pimples
9. Merz spezial tablets
For decubitus
